I built TradeFlow Solutions after seeing how many service business owners lose jobs simply because they don’t have time to keep up with new leads and follow-ups.

Working in fast-paced, hands-on environments, I’ve seen how easy it is for things to fall through the cracks when you’re focused on getting the actual work done. When you’re out on a job, managing equipment, or handling multiple tasks at once, stopping everything to respond to a new lead or follow up on an estimate just isn’t realistic.

A potential customer submits a request, but the business owner is busy working, managing a crew, or handling something else. By the time the business owner responds, the customer has already moved on or lost interest. Even after making contact, the business owner still has to send an estimate, follow up again, and hope the customer doesn’t disappear.

TradeFlow Solutions is designed to simplify everything that happens after a new lead comes in. When a customer requests a quote, the system helps the business owner respond quickly, organize lead information, and send a professional estimate. Once the estimate is sent, the customer can review it, approve it, and submit a deposit without the business owner having to chase them down.

The goal is simple: help service business owners stay organized, respond faster, and close more jobs without adding more work to their day.
